Pitcairn is currently in the planning stages for the construction of 42 University Drive, a three-story, 90,000-square foot Class A office building in the Silver Lake Executive Campus. This building represents Phase III of Silver Lake Executive Campus, a 35-acre corporate park. The project’s plan allows an additional 60,000 square feet of office space to be built in the future.
Silver Lake Executive Campus is located in Newtown, PA, only 15 minutes south of Princeton and 25 minutes north of Center City Philadelphia. Access is excellent. The location draws occupants from the service, pharmaceutical, finance and high tech industries now located in Philadelphia and Eastern Montgomery Counties.
