The buildings, one 3-story/90,000 square feet, one 4-story/120,000 square feet, and one 8-story/240,000 square feet, will be constructed of pre-cast concrete with an architectural glass and curtain-wall exterior to maximize views and natural light. Space-efficient floor plates will utilize long-span (40+\') beams and a minimum number of support columns. Energy-efficient HVAC equipment with central monitoring capabilities will ensure employee comfort.
